This informational site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It collects personal data in two ways: the beta waitlist form, and if you choose to email us directly. See our Cookie Policy for the full statement on cookies.

We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run this site, collect the waitlist form, and receive email. We don't sell personal data to anyone, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

If you're accepted from the waitlist into the beta, your email address is then added to the separate AikaGraph Genealogy beta allowlist described below, a manual step performed by our team, not an automated integration between Netlify and the beta system.
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area (such as Netlify), we rely on that provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legally recognized safeguard for the transfer.
If you're invited into the AikaGraph Genealogy private beta at beta.genealogy.aikagraph.com, a separate and more detailed Beta Tester Agreement, NDA, and Privacy Notice applies to that product, covering things like your uploaded GEDCOM data, magic-link sign-in, and session data. You'll be shown that agreement and asked to accept it before your first login. This page covers only the informational site you're reading now.
Waitlist entries are kept until you're either invited into the beta (at which point your email moves to the beta's own system, governed by its separate Privacy Notice) or for up to 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period, typically no more than 24 months, unless a longer working relationship develops. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
